| 摘 要： | 为了编制中小学体育教师行为失范量表，采用开放式问卷和访谈对中小学体育教师行为失范的维度进行初步建构，并在此基础上，邀请专家对量表进行审定，编拟了中小学体育教师行为失范量表初稿，然后再进行3次的调查与统计学分析。结果表明：中小学体育教师行为失范量表由41个项目构成，分别命名为目的取向型行为失范、价值取向型行为失范、情感型行为失范、传统型行为失范4个分量表。编制的中小学体育教师行为失范具有良好的信度和效度，可以用于对中小学体育教师行为失范的诊断和研究。

| Abstract: | Preparation of acts of physical education teachers in primary and secondary loss of scale. The open interviews and questionnaires on physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools conduct a preliminary loss of the dimension of the building, and on this basis, ex- perts in the invitation to the scale validation, and preparation of acts of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools the loss of first draft of the scale, then we will proceed 3rd survey and statistical analysis. Acts of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools by the loss of scale projects constitute 41, named for the purpose of loss of Type A behavior-oriented, value-loss behavior, emotional loss of Type A behavior, the traditional act weight loss of 4 table. The preparation of acts of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools with the loss of good reliability and validity, can be used in acts of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools on the loss of the diagnosis and research. |
