| 摘 要： | 从技术创新中的不确定性入手，分析了技术创新中的信息活动和信息过程，建立了信息能力与技术创新能力关系模型，据此研究了信息能力对技术创新能力的传导机制，并进行了案例分析。研究表明，信息能力的提高导致了技术创新能力的提高，信息能力通过其构成要素对技术创新能力各构成要素产生影响，进而对技术创新能力产生影响。

| Abstract: | The information activities and information process in technological innovation process are analyzed from uncertainty,and the model of relation between information capability and technological innovation capability is built in the paper,and the transmission mechanism from information capability to technological innovation capability is studied based on case.The results suggest that information capability can increase technological innovation capability;information capability affects the technological capability by the impacts of information capability elements upon technology capability elements. |
