| 摘 要： | 新世纪刚刚开始，国际奥委会的法律地位悄然发生了一些变化。其一，国际奥委会在成员的构成上发生了历史性改变，增加了部分具有特殊身份的成员，所以，国际奥委会在奥林匹克运动中的最高领导权就受到了这部分成员所代表的群体和组织的限制。这也是新世纪国际奥委会法律地位最明显的一点变化；其二，盐湖城丑闻揭示出国际奥委会内部的道德危机，其国际形象也受到破坏。为了保持在国际体育界的体育场地位和在国际社会的影响力，国际奥委会必须重新树立自己的道德形象。

The Changes of IOC's Legal Position in New Century |

| Abstract: | In the new century, the legal position of IOC took some great changes.i. The composition of IOC had historical change, some people with special status were admitted to the full membership. So, the top position of IOC in Olympic Movement will be restricted by the organizations where these members from. ii. Salt Lake City scandal revealed the ethic crisis and damaged the image of IOC. IOC must rebuild moral image to keep its leadership in Olympic Movement and influence in the world. |
