| Abstract: | At the turn of the century, considering the requirement by the world, the nation and the party for Chinese Communist Party, President Jiang has the important thought of the "Three Represents", which shows that the guiding ideology of CCP is developing with times. In a word, the important thought of the "Three Represents" is a new achievement of Marxism characterized by Chinese features. |
