| 摘 要： | 在电在毕业作业过程中，指导教师的主导作用是十分重要的。充分发挥指导教师的主导作用是顺利开展毕业作业的基本条件和质量的基本保证。当前在毕业作业过程中，指导教师主导作用弱化的倾向比较突出和普遍，是制约毕业作业质量的一个关键因素。应引起领导和指导教师的注意，采取必要的措施加以扭转。建议提高认识，严密组织，严格管理，改进方法，精心指导，检查督促，奖惩结合，充分调动指导教师的积极性，发挥好主导作用，把好毕业作业的质量关。

| Abstract: | During the guidance of TVU graduation thesis, teachers' leading role is very important. Bringing the teachers' role into full play is the basic condition of guiding the graduation thesis and the guarantee of enhancing the quality of the graduation thesis. At present, the teachers'role is prominently and generally weakening, which limits the quality of the graduation thesis. The TVU leaders and teachers ought to pay attention to it and take necessary measures to improve it. The advice is to heighten cognition, to keep close organization, to go in for rigorous management, to improve method, to guide with the best of care, to supervise and urge the fulfillment of the assigned tasks, and to carry on the system of rewards and penalties. In that case, the teachers' enthusiasm can be aroused and their role played fully. So the quality of graduation thesis can be improved, too. |
