摘    要:教师专业化发展已成为国际教师教育发展与改革的主要趋势,处于入职初期的初任教师比其他阶段的教师会遇到更多、更复杂的专业发展问题。面对新教师各种不适与困难,内隐学习理论能帮助其树立正确的教学观、重视培养无意识与意识有机结合以及教学的反思能力等,为促进初任教师专业成长提供良好的理论支撑。
