| 摘 要： | 设备的更新改造是实验室工作一项长期而又艰巨的任务。该文认为，在实验室建设购进高质量、高水平设备的同时，还应保留基本而又经典的设备，在这过程中一支精良的设备设计制作人员队伍是做好设备改造工作的基本保证。

| Abstract: | The equipment renewal or remake is a long- term hard task and the sinuation or conflict probably appears. In this paper, it is a basic viewpoint that the essential and classical equipments should not be given up in the course of building the high quality and high level equipments. Of course, a group of excellent equipment designers and makers are the basic precondition of remaking equipment well. |
