| 摘 要： | 冲突是对价值观信仰以及对权利地位资源分配而引起的斗争，和谐的对立面就是冲突，和谐就是把一个个矛盾和冲突化解或消融，进而达到一种相对平稳有序的状态；唯有如此，才能达到真正的和谐，转型期的中国体育，必然要伴随着中国社会的曲折发展而不断地克服冲突走向和谐，最终到达辉煌的顶点。

| Abstract: | Conflict of values and beliefs of the rights and status of the allocation of resources from the fight,harmony is one of the contradictions and conflict resolution or ablation to achieve a relatively stable and orderly condition.That is the only way to achieve real harmony during the period of transition,with the development of society.Chinese sports are bound to overcome conflict,head for harmony and reach the glorious summit eventually. |
