摘    要:摘要:体育科研协同创新是一种整合体育科研创新资源,提高体育科研创新水平的有效途径。开展体育科研协同创新的系统研究,对于推进体育科研协同创新实施,组建高水平体育科研创新团队具有重要意义。主要采用文献资料法,研究了体育科研协同创新的概念和价值、体系框架、运行机制和主要模式等问题。研究认为,体育科研协同创新是一种以开放式创新为基础的多主体创新模式,它的体系框架包括高校、企业、科研院所等协同创新主体以及政策、资源、文化和机制等协同创新环境要素。体育科研协同创新的运行机制包括动力机制和实施机制两个方面,其研究领域应以重大性、前瞻性和急需性体育科研问题为主,解决体育科技发展中的关键性问题。体育科研协同创新模式的形成是体育科技发展的必然选择,加快实施体育科研协同创新的体制、机制改革,搭建强有力、高水平的体育科研协同创新平台,对于实施体育创新驱动发展具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Abstract: Collaborative innovation of sports scientific research is an effective way to integrate resources and to improve the innovation level of sports scientific research. Carrying out the research on system of sports research collaborative innovation is important for promoting its implementation and constructing new high-level research team. This study combed the concept, value, system framework, operation mechanism and main model of collaborative innovation of sports scientific research by the method of literature review. Conclusions: Sports scientific research collaborative innovation is a multi-agency open innovation mode; its system framework includes agencies such as universities, enterprises, research institutes, and environment elements such as policy, resource, culture and mechanism; its operating mechanism includes dynamic mechanism and implementation mechanism; its research areas should focus on major, prospective and urgent issues, and solve the key problems in the development of sports science and technology. The formation of collaborative innovation of sports scientific research is an inevitable choice for the development of sports science and technology. Accelerating the implementation of system reform and building a strong and high-level platform of collaborative innovation of sports scientific research have an important significance for the development of sports innovation.
