| Abstract: | The significance of energy conservation is obvious for China and the world to develop the low carbon economy.The author forms an integrated mechanism of household energy conservation behavior based on The Theory of Planned Behavior,after the review of current research literature,and then introduces some measures that are used to promote household energy conservation in developed countries.The author concludes with some implications from those measures for China to advance household energy conservation. |
