| 摘 要： | 处于初级推广阶段的顺德社会工作服务呈现多样化的态势，具有政府推动力度大、发展迅速、服务效果显著、发展空间大等特征，同时还存在社会认同度不高、有效培育政策缺位、专业管理不到位等问题。因此，应从职业宣传、人才培训、行业规范管理等方面入手，努力打造社会工作服务共同体，才能更为有效地促进社会工作服务机构的良性发展。

| Abstract: | Shunde social work services, still in its initial promotion phase, is presenting a diversified trend which is char-acterized by four features, namely vigorous support and promotion by government, rapid development, effectiveness of the services as well as huge potential for further development. However, problems still exists in the current social work services including low social recognition, lack of effective supportive policies, inadequate management, among others. Therefore, in order to promote more effectively the benign development of social work services, we should step up our ef-forts in promotion and advertising on career growth of social work personnel, personnel training, occupation standard management and other aspects in an effort to build the social work service community. |
