佛山劳动密集型企业招工难的原因及对策分析

摘    要:通过问卷调查、组织企业座谈会、上门走访等方式,分析佛山劳动密集型企业招工难现象产生的原因。招工难的直接原因有:薪酬低、企业用工需求增大以及应聘者少等。招工难的深层次原因包括:国家“三农”政策对农民返乡务农的吸引、金融危机影响减弱以及产业结构升级调整等。提出解决招工难问题的相应对策和建议,为政府相关部门提供决策参考。

Reasons and Strategies Analysis of Labor Shortage from Labor-intensive Enterprises in Foshan City

Abstract:The reasons why the labor-intensive enterprises have difficulties in labor recruitment will be analyzed deeply through the methods of questionnaire survey, organizing enterprise seminars and interviewing, etc. On one hand, the di-rect reasons of labor shortage include low paycheck, enterprises' increasing recruitment demand and fewer employees, etc. On the other hand, the underlying reasons involve“the support policies of agriculture, farmer and village”, weak-ened effects of the financial crisis and upgrading and adjustment of industrial structure, etc. Therefore, the countermea-sures and suggestions of resolving the labor shortage problem are proposed to provide policy-decision references for the correspondent government departments.
