| 摘 要： | 建设和谐校园既是高校获取更大发展的必然要求,也是建设和谐社会的时代要求。高校应有自己的学校精神,在弘扬学校精神中统一价值观念。校园的和谐,最关键的因素是人的和谐;做到人的和谐必须弘扬学院精神,做到领导班子和谐、干群关系和谐、师生关系和谐。

| Abstract: | Creating a harmonious campus is essential to advance the development of the college and create a harmonious society.A college should have its own spirit in order to have a unifying value in the carrying forward the spirit of the college.The key of the harmonious campus is the harmony of people.The harmony of people needs the spirit of the college so that the harmony of leaders,the harmony of the relationship between leaders and the teaching staff and the harmony of the relationship between teachers and students can be achieved. |
