| 摘 要： | 学术期刊的国际化 ,是从 2 0世纪 80年代开始出现的以学术期刊跨国出版为标志的发展潮流 ,它要求学术期刊在内容上以国际学术界的前沿课题为目标 ,组织能够反映当前世界范围内各专业学科最新研究进展的学术成果 ,发表高质量、具有国际水准的学术论文 ,并在编辑出版的各个环节上实现与国际惯例要求相一致的标准化、规范化、现代化 ,逐步实现期刊编委、审稿、作者、读者队伍及发行市场的国际化和现代化 ,进而提高学术期刊的自身质量 ,为世界科学技术的发展起到导向和推动作用。我国高校学术期刊尽早实现国际化发展 ,提高自身在国际学术期刊界的竞争力和影响力 ,借此加强我国科技事业与国际学术界的交流与合作 ,促进国家科技进步的步伐 ,是我国高校学术期刊进入新世纪的必然选择。打破传统的封闭性办刊模式 ,掌握现代信息技术 ,增强高校学术期刊的个性与民族特色 ,提高刊物的学术水平 ,是我国高校学术期刊实现国际化发展的重要竞争策略

| Abstract: | With the globalization of knowledge economy and science and technology, academic journals of higher education should work as the carrier of publicity and exchange of scientific research achievements and scientific technology. Academic journals of higher education should strengthen the international cooperation and exchange, realizing the international development, so as to suit the need of the self-development of the academic journals. We should break away from the traditional way of running journals and try our utmost to realize the internationalization of editing staff, responsible readers and writers so as to raise the academic levels of the journals, strengthen the specific characteristics and the national features of the journals of colleges. We should also master the modern information technology and realize the network development of the academic journals of college. This is the only way to realize the internationalization of the academic journals of colleges. |
