| 摘 要： | 苏州民营经济占国民经济已接近三成，但高新技术产业产值的贡献率较低，不足10％。如何提高民营企业技术创新能力？可通过原始创新、集成创新，引进消化再吸收等途径来解决。具体做法：民营企业和科研机构一体化，建立对企业的核心员工进行差异化奖励制度，而政府也可以创造条件，努力改善民营企业技术创新的外部环境。

| Abstract: | Although Suzhou private economy accounts for 30% of the national economy approximately,hi- tech output value is low,which is less than 10%. How to enhance the ability of technological innovation is the problem to be solved urgently. This paper will explore a method to improve the technological innovative capabilities of private enterprises through studying the present situation and the restraining factors,so as to improve economic quality. |
