摘 要: | 超市零售行业的快速发展以及服务差异化战略带来基层员工的激励困境,超市人力资源管理应及早关注基层员工的储备与培养,通过对其主体心理诉求的准确把握,运用相应的激励措施给予其相应程度和相应内容的组织支持,增强员工对组织的情感承诺,从而走出激励误区和困境,实现有效激励。

Abstract: | With the rapid development of the supermarket and differentiation strategy,enterprises faced a dilemma of the basic employee motivation .To the human resource managers ,the basic employee training should develop early. Accurately grasping their psychological demands and giving the corresponding organizational supports through some targeted motivations can strengthen their organizational commitment and realize effective motivation. |
