| 摘 要： | 随着民办本科院校的不断增多,我国民办高等教育进入了一个崭新的历史阶段。民办本科院校要健康、协调、可持续发展,必须在人才培养模式上有所创新。本文从专业设置、培养方案、教学内容和教学评价四个方面谈了人才培养模式的创新思路,并从学科专业建设、管理创新和人才强校三个方面阐述了江西蓝天学院的具体做法。

| Abstract: | With the increase of the number of private regular universities, private higher education in our country has entered a new historic stage. In order to develop healthily, harmoniously and continuously, private regular universities must innovte in the talents training mode. This article discusses the ideas for the innovation in terms of the specialty establishment, the program of training, the teaching content and the teaching evaluation, then elaborates the performances of Jiangxi Blue Sky University from three aspects,i.e., the discipline and specialty construction, the management innovation, and the strategy of making university more competitive by talents. |
