| 摘 要： | 面对跨国汽车公司知识产权壁垒和广东省汽车企业自主开发能力弱，核心技术空心化，自主知识产权申请量和拥有量严重处于劣势的形势，必须构建和增强广东汽车企业知识产权核心竞争力。从广东省汽车产业层面看，必须明确自主创新的汽车产业政策，加强广东省汽车知识产权方面的法制建设，制定广东汽车产业知识产权核心竞争力战略。从个体的汽车企业层面看，必须从专利战略、商标战略等方面构建企业的知识产权核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Facing the intellectual property rampart of multinational automobile corporation, the autocar corporation in Guangdong Province are in the inferior position in the aspect of independence research and development, mastery of core technology and possession of the amount of patent right, and so on. So Guangdong province must establish the innovative industry policy and the stratagem of enhanceing the intellectual property core competence. The automobile corporation in Guangdong Province should construct the intellectual property core competence in the way of patent tactic, brand tactic, and so on. |
