窄边双脊波导传输特性的时域FDTD分析

摘    要:提出用时域有限差分(FDTD)法分析窄边双脊波导的传输特性。通过对长边双脊波导主模截止波长的分析及与相关文献报道结果的比较验证了FDTD方法分析波导传输特性问题的有效性;用FDTD方法计算了脊宽、脊高变化时窄边双脊波导的主模截止波长及主模带宽,计算结果表明:与传统的双脊波导相比,窄边双脊波导减少了单模带宽,可用作脊带宽滤波器。

Abstract:There are numbers of disquisition for double-ridge waveguide,but they have seldom discussed and reported the ridge position on the short side of waveguide.This paper proposes to apply finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method to analyze transfer characteristic of double-ridge position on the short of waveguide,the variable regularity of cutoff wavelength and bandwidth of the dominant mode are obtained when the ridged width and the ridged height vary.The reference data has been provided for the engineering application of double-ridge position on the short side of waveguide.Contrasting result with conventional double-ridge waveguide,it shrinks singe-mode bandwidth,so it is an ridge bandpass filter.
