摘    要:民族文化课程的实施是少数民族地区教育的重要问题,是传承民族文化的重要平台。教师是实施民族文化课程的主要人物之一,目前教师在实施民族文化课程时存在价值认识游离、目标迷失、评价缺位与专业失范等问题。教师实施民族文化课程应在立足提高自身民族文化的基础上,在完善教育评价的支持下,提升专业发展,加强团队协作能力,形成具有自身特色的教学方式。

Abstract:The implementation of national cultural courses is a key factor in education in ethnic minority regions as well as an important platform of preserving cultural heritage.Teachers play an important role in implementing national cultural courses.At present,there exist some problems in the implementation of national cultural courses,such as the value recognition distortion,target loss,evaluation vacancy,and professional anomie behavior and so on.Therefore,the implementation of national cultural courses should be based on the teachers’ national cultural awareness enhancement and the support of the consummate education evaluation.Only in this way,can we improve the teachers’ professional development,strengthen the coordination of team work and form the teaching methods with its own characteristics.
