| 摘 要： | 一般学术论文从作者投稿到发表要经历登记、送审、编辑、校对、印刷等环节,其中对经审理后稿件的编辑加工是十分重要的工作,而这一任务的完成是衡量编辑能力和水平的重要体现.分析影响学术期刊编辑的心里因素,提出学术期刊的编辑要注重自身的思想政治、法律、业务等素养的养成和提高,特别是心理素养的提升,并结合编辑工作的流程和环节,探讨解决学术期刊编辑心里因素的有效途径.

| Abstract: | A paper goes through registration,auditing,editing and proofreading,printing and other links,of which editing is very important and it shows the ablility and level of the editors. The paper analyzes the psychological factors of affecting editors and puts forward the effective solution of solving the problems of affecting editors’psychological factors. |
