| 摘 要： | 信息全球化的趋势逐渐加强，信息技术的飞速发展在带给人类效率和文明的同时，也衍生出一些可能对信息秩序造成负面影响的问题，信息伦理已成为社会各界共同关注的理论与实践的重要课题。据此，本文首先论述了信息伦理的发展史及其对信息伦理的概念、涵义，探究了信息伦理的本质，分析了信息伦理的特征，并提出了信息伦理的理论框架。

| Abstract: | The tendency of globalize information is getting more and more intensive. The fast development of information technology brings to us not only efficiency and civilization but also the reverse influence on disordered information sequences. Every field in the world has paid close attention to information ethics which is a theoretical and practical problem. Therefore the development of information ethics, its meaning, nature and feature are generalized, discussed and investigated. |
