| 摘 要： | 教育兴衰，系于教师。教师的德学才识关系到素质教育的顺利实施，关系到大学生的健康成长，关系到国运兴衰，事业成败。学高为师，德高为范。在新的历史时期，如何重视和加强高校教师的思想道德建设，已成为高等教育亟待解决的重要问题之一。这就要求我们从队伍入口严格化、思想认识经常化、内容方式时代化、激励机制科学化等方面加强高校教师思想道德建设。

| Abstract: | Teachers play a vital role in education. The moral level and academic level of teachers determine the success of the quality education, the cultivation of students and the fate of the state. In the new historical period, one of the urgent problems to be studied and settled is how to reinforce the morality construction of the university teachers. Measures to be taken include high qualification for employing new teachers, constant lectures, updated contents and scientific system of encouragement. |
