| 摘 要： | 广西骑楼是独具风情的南国建筑。骑楼具有功能丰富性、空间界限模糊性、空间感受的人性化、南国情调的空间美等四大特点，具有丰厚的文化价值。广西的小城镇建设，应当发展骑楼式建筑，建设旅游、商业三位一体的经济街市．这样不仅便于小城镇商业的发展和居民的生活，而且有利于地方文化的传承和发展。

| Abstract: | Guangxi Arcaded buildings are of unique architectural style, with the four characteristics of multi-functions, spatial boundary fuzziness, space feelings of humanity and scenery beautiful appearance in the south. They possess rich cultural aesthetic value. The construction of small towns in Guangxi should focus on arcaded architecture. They should become economic towns integrated by tourism and business. The arcaded buildings can not only contribute to towns＂ business and residents＂ living standard, but also to the heritage of the local culture. |
