| 摘 要： | 体育院校的大学生在知识的积累和技能的储备的过程中,德育相对薄弱,德育工作者在施教过程中当以人为本,关注、关爱学生,尊重、相信学生,与学生建立良好的、协调一致的师生关系,老师应以身作则、为人师表,变说教教育为疏导教育,并让学生参与社会道德实践.

| Abstract: | The university students of the sports universities and colleges are in the course of the accumulation of knowledge and reserve of the skill, moral is relatively weak, worker act as moral in the course of teaching people first, pay close attention to, care about students, respect, believe students, establish the teacher - student relationship good, in concert and harmony with students, the teacher should set an example, a model for others, turn into the preach and educate and educate in order to dredge, let students participate in the social morals to practise. |
