| 摘 要： | 基于部分数据对我国职教集团的发展历程做了归纳性描述,分析了职教集团在时间和空间上所呈现的内驱性、外控性、区域性、共性及交叉性等特点,反思了我国职教集团的发展历程。结论认为：我国职教集团的发展必须实现政府角色和职能的转换,注重职教集团数量与质量的发展关系,必须创新职教集团运行的体制和机制。
