| 摘 要： | 伴随着知识经济时代的到来，面向我国西部地区的知识服务将成为推动各市州经济发展的持续动力。西部市州高校图书馆是当地区域知识资源的集散中心，开展对外知识服务具有可行性。在满足本校师生需求的基础上，西部市州高校图书馆开展对外知识服务的对策是：充分利用图书馆网站开展网络知识服务，组建并开放对外知识服务书库，搜集市州社科信息、提升信息服务质量，开展文化交流与传播活动。

| Abstract: | Along with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge services for China＇s western region will promote the continued momentum of the economic development of the cities and prefectures. The West cities and prefectures University Library are local area knowledge resources distribution center, to carry out the services of external knowledge feasibility. On the basis of meet the needs of students and teachers, the countermeasures of West cities and prefectures University Library external knowledge services： full use of library web sites to promote knowledge of the network services, set up and open to external knowledge service stacks to collect cities and prefectures Social Science Information, enhance information on the quality of service, cultural exchanges and communication activities. |
