| 摘 要： | 我国社会主义新农村建设已经取得一些突出的成就和成功的经验。总结了我国新农村建设的6个方面的辉煌成就和12个方面的成功经验，目的是坚定今后推进新农村建设的决心，推广和利用这些成功经验，促进我国“三农”问题的解决，实现党的十八大提出的到2020年全面建成小康社会的战略目标。

| Abstract: | The construction of a new socialist countryside in our China has achieved some outstanding achievements and successful experience. This paper summarizes the 6 brilliant achievements and 12 successful experience of China＇s new rural construction. Its firm determination is to promote the new rural construction, promotion and use of these successful experiences, to promote the settlement of the ＂ Agriculture, farmers and rural ＂ issues, put forward the 18th party＇s strategic goal of building a prosperous Well-off society in 2020. |
