| 摘 要： | 公共信息，因其具有公共物品的性质，政府理当担任提供者的角色。电子政务，以其快速、高效的优势成为各国政府发布公共信息的重要工作方式。本文从现代社会中公共信息不对称所产生的问题入手，通过建立不同政务模式下的信息传播模型。来研究电子政务调节公共信息非对称性的作用。

| Abstract: | As public information being with the property of common products,government should burden the re-sponsibility as the character to deliver it.E-Government ,which means establishing a virtual organ and breaking organizational hedges of traditional administrative units,has become the most important public diffusion channel for government to promulgate the public information.This paper,through constructing the information releasing model in different shape of governance,studies the function of e-government in adjusting the dissymmetry of common in-formation in nowadays society. |
