变压器油温冷却系统中风机保护电路的设计

摘    要:在变电站或发电厂,变压器一般都采用风冷式降温,风机为执行元件,风机稳定正常运行是系统冷却效果的保证。本文论述了风机在运行过程中如何利用继电器实现过压、缺相、过载信号的检测,利用单片机来实现对风机保护系统进行控制。另外为了操作方便还设计了手动自动功能。

Abstract:The drop in the temperature in the transformer substation or the power plant voltage transformer is usually adopted and lowered the temperature air-cooledly, the breeze machine is the performance component. The cooling effect of the system lies on the machine operates normally and stable .This article introduces how to detect the over-voltage, phase missing, overload signals by the relay during the course of the breeze machine operation,how to control its protection system according to the SCM. Moreover we design manual and automatic functions for the sake of the operation convenience.
