| 摘 要： | 科研管理成为现在高校科技工作的瓶颈,科技工作的飞速发展和相对滞后的科研管理形成了鲜明的对比。提升科研管理能力,推动科研持续、健康、快速发展已经成为现在高校科研管理工作中无法回避的问题。系统阐述了科研管理能力的内涵,以及高校现阶段的科研管理现状,提出了提升高校科研管理能力的改革措施。

| Abstract: | Scientific research management is blocking the science and technology work in university.There is a marked contrast between the fast development of science and technology work and relatively backward scientific research management,strengthening the ability of scientific research management,promoting the development of scientific research stably,healthily and fast now have become unavoidable issues in scientific research work of universities.The article states systemically the connotation of scientific research management,and the situation of present scientific management.It also proposes the measures to enhance the ability of the scientific research management. |
