| 摘 要： | 人力资源危机中最主要的现象就是人才离职率高,在实际调研的基础上,分析影响人才流失的指标体系,设计不同层级人才流失预警测量表和预警限,提出超过预警限的解决办法和未超过预警限的管理办法,从而构建人才流失预警系统.

| Abstract: | The high turnover rate of talent is a most important phenomenon in human resources crisis,warning evaluation forms and the limited are designed for different levels of talent on the basis of actual investigation. Finally, this paper puts forward solutions above the over-limited grades and the ways of management under-limit the limited grades,thus constructing a brain drain warning system of the talents. |
