| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育是高校的首要任务。目前高校思想政治教育面临着众多的机遇和挑战,加强和改进大学生社团工作有利于积极占领社团这一思想教育阵地,有助于创新教育方法与手段,拓展思想政治教育的内涵与空间,有助于提高高校思想政治教育的有效性。如何做好思想政治教育进社团工作,笔者认为应注意处理好的如下几方面关系:多样性与方向性;灵活、自主与监督、规范;主体与客体互动协调;理论研究与深入实践。
