| 摘 要： | 非阿关系历史悠久。非统时期的非阿关系在现代非阿关系史上占有重要地位。在非统时期,非阿关系发展不是一帆风顺,先后经历了摸索、合作和新时期等三个阶段。其中,中东危机是主要影响因素。双方在争取民族解放、促进经济发展和文化交流等方面进行了务实合作,取得了一定成果。主要表现在：阿拉伯国家更多地在资金和物资上援助黑非国家,黑非洲主要在政治和道义上支持阿拉伯世界。探究这一时期非阿关系发展轨迹,有助于深入地了解这两个发展中国家集中地区的关系史,预测今后双方关系发展的前景。

| Abstract: | African-Arab Relations has a long history.African-Arab Relations of the OAU period occupies an important place in the contemporary history of African-Arab Relations.During the OAU period,African-Arab Relations was not plain.It went through three stages-groping,cooperation and new period.Among them,the Middle East crisis was the main influencing factors.In the respects of striving for national liberation,promoting economic development and culture exchange,both sides had made cooperation and got some positive results.It showed Arab countries aided Black Africa in the aspects of funds,goods and materials even more.Black Africa supported Arab countries in the aspects of politics,morality and justice mainly.To study the development math of African-Arab Relations is conducive to understanding the relation history of two areas many developing countries put together,and detecting the development prospect of the bilateral relations. |
