| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆勤工俭学队伍已经是图书馆工作中一支不可缺少的队伍。这支队伍的制度化建设,既有利于图书馆管理和服务升级,又有利于勤工俭学学生自身的发展。本文从图书馆招聘,工作安排和组织管理上探讨制度化建设的具体内容和要求,以求加强勤工俭学队伍的建设,更好地满足图书馆建设的需求,做好图书馆各项服务工作。
