| 摘 要： | 经济增长与劳动就业有密切关系。一般认为，经济增长能带动就业增长，就业增长反过来也能促进经济增长。而我国的统计数据则显示两者存在明显的非一致性。本文从理论上分析了经济增长与就业增长的关系，并将中美两国的数据进行了比较研究；然后从不同角度分析了我国出现这一现象的原因，其中用有效就业理论证明出我国同样存在经济增长与就业增长的互动机制，并用计量工具对结果进行了回归分析；最后提出几点政策建议。

| Abstract: | There is a close relationship between economic growth and employment growth. It is generally considered that economic growth can drive employment growth and employment growth also can push economic growth. However, Chinese statistical data show that they are inconsistent. This paper analyzes their relation in theory and compares American's data with Chinese data. From different aspects, the paper analyzes the reasons of the inconsistency. And based on the effective employment theory, the paper draws the conclusion that the interaction mechanism in economic growth and employment growth also exists in China, which is verified by regression analysis. At last, some suggestions are proposed. |
