| 摘 要： | 高等教育质量是高等教育生存和发展的生命线,是高等教育发展的核心,任何时候的高等教育质量与规模扩张都必须以基本的质量保证为前提,高等教育质量的本质属性是适应性,是社会需求与个人需求的统一;高等教育质量标准主要表现在高等教育提供的产品和满足个人和社会需求的程度上,高等教育质量的构成包括教师质量、学生质量、学校管理质量和办学环境质量;高等教育质量的根本标准是育人与成才,提高教育质量,必须建立中国特色的高等教育质量保证体系和评估机制。

| Abstract: | The quality of higher education is lifeline that the makes it exist and develop.It is the nucleus of higher education .The nature property of the quality of higher education is adaptability ,and it is the unity of public requirement and personal requirement,So it must be guarantees by fundamental quality whenever the quality and dimension of higher education expand ;the quality standard of higher education mainly show on the product that provides by higher education and on the extent that meets personal and social need .the constitution of higher education includes the teacher quality ,the student quality ,the student quality ,the management quality and the environment quality of running a school;Essential basic of higher education quality is train skilled personnel .To improve the quality of education ,it should establish guarantees of quality and system of assess which have distinguishing feature of china. |
