| 摘 要： | 文章在分析了国内外公共设施选址布局优化研究的基础上，从城市公共体育服务设施布局的现状出发，提出将地理信息系统（GIS）技术和LA模型引入到城市公共体育服务设施选址中，利用GIS的网络分析功能对城市公共体育服务设施选址和布局进行优化，为体育设施选址方案提供新的方法。并对实际案例进行分析，以期为今后的公共服务设施的选址布局提供一个参考途径。

| Abstract: | On the base of the analysis of the correlative researches and the present situation of city public sports service facilities, this paper introduces geographic information system （GIS} technology and Location Allocation Model into city public sports service facilities, taking the advantage of Network analysis functions of GIS to choose the location and to optimize the distribution, providing not only a new perspective for the location of city public sports service facilities, but also a reference way and method for other districts. Finally, this paper analyses a city in the north of Henan province and optimizes the city public sports service facilities, and get reasonable results. |
