| 摘 要： | 本文首先总结了技术跨越的技术能力体系，之后，对技术跨越能力体系进行了实证研究，重点研究了现阶段我国技术创新和技术跨越中技术能力的不同特征，技术跨越中各技术能力成分的协调性问题，以及技术跨越过程中技术能力积累模式的现状和今后需要加强的方面。

| Abstract: | Firstly, the concept of technological capability is clearly defined and the technological capability system, based on technologi-cal leapfrog, is studied and stmctured in this paper. TVien,an empirical studv is carried out on technological leapfrog and technological capability svstem. Characteristics of technological capability in technological leapfrog and technological innovation are differenn'ated for the first time and empirical researched are carried out on the coordination of different elements of technological capability and the accu-mulative model of technological leapfrog capability, which provides guidance to the estahlishment of the system of technological leapfrog capahility. |
