| 摘 要： | 如何更好地科学、合理部署和规划农村教师培训,清晰地透视农村中小学培训过程中遇到的实际问题,以便通过改进把今后的农村教师培训工作做得更加到位是当前农村教师培训工作亟待解决的主要问题。农村教师培训工作要建立严格的培训制度;设立科学的培训内容;选择有效的培训形式,从而使农村教师培训工作更加有效。

A study on construction of important foundation on Yangtze River dykes |

| Abstract: | Building large foundations on important dykes is a restrictive factor in bridge construction,which often forces engineers into the economically inefficient solution of increasing the scale of the bridge.Such a case can be found in Jiujjiang Yangtze River Bridge,whose south pier foundation on the Yongan Dyke of Yangtze River and its construction pose a threat to the safety of the dyke,hence the biggest challenge in the foundation construction.Based on analysis of the key factors such as the seepage and slope stability,the paper proposes several measures to ensure the safety of the dykes,including the building of cutoffs and retaining piles and monitoring schemes.The successful foundation construction of Jiujiang Yangtze River Bridge proves the safety of dykes and the effectiveness of the proposed measures. |
