教育技术职业技能"双元制"培养模式探索

摘    要:教育技术职业技能是衡量教育技术学本科专业办学质量的一个关键性指标。为了培养高质量的教育技术人才,提高毕业生的就业率与质量,使高校教育技术学专业学生的职业技能适应社会对人才的需求,应以"教育技术职业技能实践"课程为依托,实行"双元制"的教育技术职业技能培养模式,即职业技能的培养实行高校专业教师的理论指导与实践学校教师的实践指导相结合。

Abstract:The vocational skills of educational technology has become a critical standard in checking the quality of the undergraduate courses of educational technology. In order to train high quality talents of educational technology, and to improve the ratio and quality of the employment obtaining, according to the actuality of the college undergraduate educational technology, students 'vocational skills and the social requirements of persons with vocational abilities, the paper raises the approach of training the practical skills. That is to say, it is based on setting the course of " the vocational skills practice of educational technology" , and carry out " dual system" (the tutors is both professional teachers of university and teachers of practicing school ) , expecting to improve the reform of instruction and greatly enhance the abilities of the students'vocational skills.
