| 摘 要： | 实践教学资源建设是开放教育教学资源建设的重要组成部分，在推动教学改革进程、提高教育教学质量等方面起着重要作用。目前，电大实践教学资源既十分匮乏，同时又浪费严重，迫切需要各级电大尽快构建开放教育实践教学资源的共建共享机制，以促进开放教育实践教学资源的加速建设和发展。
