| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是我们党对社会主义现代化建设规律认识的进一步深化,是总结我国经济发展经验教训的产物,也是针对当前经济、社会发展的现状和任务而做出的及时、明智的战略调整。这一新的发展观必将对我国政治、经济、文化等各方面产生全面、深远的影响。高等教育作为社会主义现代化建设的重要组成部分,它的发展也必须以科学发展观为导引,使之沿着更加科学合理的方向发展。

| Abstract: | The concept of scientific development is the further deepening of our Party's knowledge of the laws of the construction of the socialist modernization.It is also the outcome of summarizing the experiences and lessons of our country's economic development,and the timely and sensible strategic adjustment in accordance with the current situation and task of economic and social development.This new concept of development will surely have a comprehensive and far-reaching influence on China's politics,economy and culture,and so on.The development of higher education taken as an important part of the construction of the socialist modernization must be directed by the concept of scientific development in order to make it develop along a more scientific and reasonable line. |
