| 摘 要： | 在贵州少数民族地区,自20世纪80年代以来,贫困妇女中出现了一个群体——往返于城乡做服饰“生意”,并兼做着“背篼”“、拾垃圾”等苦工的女性群体。毫无疑问,她们是贫困地区宝贵的“人力资源”,是反贫困、奔小康、创建和谐社会的动力能源。用“社会性别”(Gender)的价值理念来评估她们的“行为”,将有助于我们为情况复杂,生态环境、人文环境、资源背景等因素俱有显著差异的地区找到一个个具体而有针对性的“帮扶”方法,找到适合“地区”特殊性的有效的方针和政策。

| Abstract: | In Guizhou minority nationality regions, since 1980s,there has been a group of women in poverty, they do some dress "business" between towns and rural areas, at the same time, they also do some hard and low-profit jobs and pick odds and ends from refuse heaps. No doubt, in these impoverished regions, they are precious "manpower resources", they are motive power resources against poverty?heading for relatively comfortable life and setting up a harmonious society. Using the value theory of Gender to assess their actions, this may help us to find many concrete and related"help and support "ways for those regions quite different from each other because of their complicated situations?ecological environment?resources background and the other elements and find some efficient policies and guiding principle fit for "region"specific characteristics. |
