| 摘 要： | 探讨了用户与图书馆效益关系问题，指出图书馆效益的实现依赖于用户对图书馆信息资源的有效利用，用户的个人素质及其信息需求对图书馆效益实现有重要影响。针对提高图书馆效益的问题，提出了加强用户资源管理、提高用户对图书馆文献信息资源利用的几项对策。

| Abstract: | The paper explores the relationship between users and library efficiency. It points out the achievement of efficiency in library management is dependent on the efficient use of information resources in the library, users personal qualities as well as their need for information resources. To solve the problems of efficiency, the author puts forward several strategies for users to improve efficiency in using information resources. |
