| 摘 要： | 和谐社会的最基本要求不仅仅是社会秩序化,而是要求人们的行为在社会秩序化的环境中进一步正当化与合理化,即行为规范的伦理化。只有法治的外在性因素与伦理的内在性因素的同构与融合,才能构建与形成真正的实质性的而非形式上的和谐社会。从法伦理文化视角研究和谐社会,既有重大的理论价值,又有较强的实践意义。
