| 摘 要： | 目的:回顾分析颈部淋巴结结核21例病例,以探讨颈部淋巴结结核的临床特点。方法:将我院1997年8月—2005年8月期间的21例颈部淋巴结结核进行临床总结。结果:21例颈部淋巴结结核经穿刺细胞学或组织病理学确诊后予以手术切除加抗结核治疗或单纯抗结核治疗后治愈。结论:颈部淋巴结结核以颈部症状为主,明确诊断依赖于穿刺细胞学或组织病理学,以手术切除加抗结核治疗或单纯抗结核治疗后治愈。

| Abstract: | Objective: Retrospective study of 21 cases of tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes to find out the clinical feature.Methods: An 8 year review of 21 cases of tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes from August 1997 to August 2005 were presented.Result: 21 cases of tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes were confirmed by fine needle puncture biopsy or pathologic examination.The 21 cases were cured by surgical operation and treatment by preventing tuberculosis or treatment by prevented tuberculosis.Conclusion: node's syndrome is the most syndrome of tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes.Pathologic diagnosis or fine needle puncture biopsy is the final diagnosis to tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes and be cured by surgical operation and treatment by preventing tuberculosis or treatment by preventing tuberculosis. |
