| Abstract: | The efficiency was a direct result of the rational science and technology budget decision.On the basis of the overview on US national science and technology management mechanism and the three-level science and technology budget,this thesis analyses the specific content and method in the process of making US national science and technology budget decision,and thus sums up the existing problems in its science and technology mechanism. |
