| 摘 要： | 稳定是构建社会主义和谐社会的基本保证.社会稳定是社会整体处于稳定、安定和谐的状态.它具有历史性、综合性、动态性的特征.面对当前我国社会发展中的不稳定因素,必须以正确的态度认识和科学分析,要坚持稳定压倒一切的方针.采取切实有效的措施化解矛盾,促进和维护社会稳定.

| Abstract: | Stability is the basic guarantee of constructing socialist harmonious society.The character of social stability is that society is in the state of stability and harmony,which has historical,conprehensive and dynamic character.Facing instability factors in the developmentof our country.we must realise it corectly and analynise it scientificly,we must persist in the policy that stability controls everything.,take effective measures to deal with contradictory,promote and safeguard social stability. |
