| 摘 要： | 农业、农村和农民问题，无论在新中国建国前后的革命和建设时期，还是在当今经济全球化迅速发展和我国加入世界贸易组织后的新形势下，都是重大问题。加速实现农业现代化，积极推进农村城镇化和有序引导农民非农化，是当今我国解决“三农”问题的关键所在。

| Abstract: | The problems of agriculture,country and peasants are of great importance both in the revolutionary and constructive periods before or after the establishment of new China, and in the new situation of rapid development of global economy and China's eatry into WTO. Now the key to these three problems lies in speeding up the agricultural modernization, to give impetus to countryside urbanization and give guide to peasants non - agriculture. |
